I'm not sure what the script is that generates this file, but if it was set up to filter out the (Manifest Recommit) information it would cut down on the size and keep out redundant and mostly un-useful information from this view. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Nesyx: Wanna help me fix this and we'll get it working on the nodes?
Caleb, nothing's being filtered, it's just that the binary that transforms the cvs log into some usable xml has changed name, the script does not know and does not test whether there is a valid file before erasing /dyn/index-cvs.xml Lance, I fixed bluejay:/var/www/www.gentoo.org/scripts/daily-cvs-log.sh Changed: s/cvs2cl.pl/cvs2cl/ added --noxmlns removed silly sed and 2nd tmp file that did the same thing as --noxmlns xmllint generated xml to transform and replace only if valid http://www.gentoo.org/dyn/index-cvs.xml looks normal to me. Please let the script run. [OT] While you're at it, can you make the fixed doc-tarball.sh run as well, thanks.
Added bluejay:/var/www/www.gentoo.org/scripts/weekly-www-log.sh Please have those scripts run on whatever node runs them. I can run them manually on bluejay but /dyn/index-cvs.xml is overwritten by the empty one that was generated yesterday at 18:11. Up-to-date scripts to be run daily are on bluejay: /var/www/www.gentoo.org/scripts/daily-cvs-log.sh /var/www/www.gentoo.org/scripts/weekly-www-log.sh /var/www/www.gentoo.org/scripts/doc-tarball.sh BTW, doc tarballs were more recent on kiwi & wren than on bluejay before I ran the script manually on bluejay. http://bluejay.gentoo.org/dyn/doc-snapshots/ http://kiwi.gentoo.org/dyn/doc-snapshots/ /me is getting confused about what box runs which scripts.
don't care about this one anymore.
