Please test media-sound/speech-tools for stability on sparc.

I've been messing with festival a bit lately (nothing that would fix this problem), but I'm really not sure where to begin investigating this problem... are you guys gonna look into this eventually, or were you expecting me to try and sort it out?

Workaround in CVS, keyworded ~sparc, people please test again.
Now on to festival...
