I tryed to use connman instead of wicd. But the Applet "connman-applet" cannot connect to the connman daemon. No messages at the console. Mouseover-Message is "Connection Manager daemon is not running".

I tryed net-misc/qconnman from qt overlay too and using "qconnman" I can configure and connect wired and wireless networks. The daemon is also running.

Please fix the connman-applet-0.5.

This is because the 0.5 has api that works only with conman older than 1.0.
I bumped to 0.7 which should have this fixed.
