Beta 2 of Tcl 8.6 has been available for about 6 months, and provide a lot of new interesting features like OO programming or coroutines
It'd be great to have an ** ebuild for it

thanks for the report. Due to lack in manpower we will not provide ebuilds for beta versions. But feel free and welcome to provide an ebuild. I will consider it to be added to the betagarden overlay and proxy your contributions there.
