There are a lot of things I don't know about apache, so perhaps dropping socache_shmcb is a good idea for some reason, but authz_core? unixd? How am I supposed to run the webserver without the User directive? Not as root I assume. Will these modules become there own packages, or have they been removed by mistake? It's easy enough to work around, just add the flags in again, but since this seems like an important issue, I set it to major.
