The one from sabotageandi's overlay was outdated, this now stems from the in-tree 0.12.5284-r2 ebuild. It uses the same patch files, replacing those that don't apply cleanly with sed code. Nice tool, very promising. Hugh C;

We're reluctant to add live ebuilds to the main tree, but that would be an excellent addition to Science Overlay[1]. If you're interested maintaining it go ahead fork us & issue pull request. Thanks!
