Currently when checking for inconsistencies for backward mappings revdep-pax will show the unmatching binaries for each library. If we could provide unmatching libraries for binary instead the output could be also more useful since you may use that to jump only to binaries causing troubles to see if they need extramarkings.

I'm not sure what you mean here, but revdep-pax provides both forwards and reverse mappings.  You can ask it to just give the mismatched libraries.
