Description Joe Stroller 2012-04-06 09:09:02 UTC
I keyworded this package locally and for nearly a year used it on a system which is otherwise mostly stable x86.

$ genlop netifaces
 * dev-python/netifaces

     Tue May  3 22:02:47 2011 >>> dev-python/netifaces-0.5
     Sun Mar 18 23:47:51 2012 >>> dev-python/netifaces-0.6
$

I have had no problems - it works for meβ„’.

This is a dependency of Winswitch (bug 353662, http://winswitch.org) which we should be trying to usher into the main portage tree.

Reproducible: Always

Any objections in taking 0.6 instead?

I just saw 0.7 and 0.8 are out.

That's ok by me. I'm using 0.6 now, seems to work ok. I just thought with 2 in the Portage tree, I should ask for the better-tested one to be made stable.
