These files dont exist either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge world

3.

Actual Results:  
recieved above msg and merge stopped


I've remeged portage and gentools in hopes of updating the files but nothing 
happens.

Portage Team:  I am pretty sure this is a portage related issue ...

The last portage update seems to have fixed the problem
