Although it has only been in the tree two weeks it fixes a minor bug over 0.6 that was in for over a month. Upstream is now asking that it be stabilized.
amd64 ok (3.3 hardened, pax+selinux) Funny, it says "PaX control v0.6" when I run paxctl with no arguments (ebuild is ok though).
@versionbug: it's not harming, purely aesthetic, I reported to upstream already. paxctl.h -#define PAXCTL_VERSION "0.6" +#define PAXCTL_VERSION "0.7"
(In reply to comment #2) > @versionbug: it's not harming, purely aesthetic, I reported to upstream > already. > paxctl.h > -#define PAXCTL_VERSION "0.6" > +#define PAXCTL_VERSION "0.7" upstream has generated a new tarball with the version fixed. Hold on to the stablereq and i'll have a new ebuild out with the changes suggested in bug #410711.
amd64 stable
(In reply to comment #4) > amd64 stable *sigh* Can you restabilize 0.7-r1. It contains the corrected version number and your suggestion for EAPI 4.
x86 stable
Stable for HPPA.
arm stable
ppc done
alpha/ia64/sh/sparc stable
Actually pp64 was already done by Brent Baude <ranger@gentoo.org>. This bug should be closed.
