Boot gentoo-2004.0-x86-20040204.iso and I type gentoo or gentoo-nofb it goes to black screen. Tried gentoo 1.4rc4 and that boots fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.typing gentoo
2.typing gentoo-nofb



PC Specs: 
1.2 AMD T-Bird
256MB PNY RAM
GF2 MX400 64MB
ECS POS

does the release 2004.0 livecd do the same?

I have found out that it was something about that I have to format with the onboard video first w/out agp slot filled. The after formatting I can put the agp card back in and just install nvidia stuff and it works fine.

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
