macos safe ebuild for sci-libs/ufconfig-3.7.0

After adding the main tree to prefix I got ufconfig as a dependency of cvxopt-1.1.4. It includes the keyword ~x86-macos but only provides *.so libraries.
In attachment a corrected version of ufconfig-3.7.0 all ebuilds are trivially copies of each others.
