Patch to add oss USE flag

Sound in HTML5 audio/video in Firefox doesn't work when OSS (version 4) is used.
This patch adds oss USE flag which replaces libsydneyaudio's ALSA backend (default for Linux) by OSS one.

If you are wanting it to be an option for linux, you need to create a proper patch and send it upstream, I have already discussed this many times in other bug reports.
