prints "could not execute netscape: No such file or directory"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mgv
2. try to get help from help menu
3.

Actual Results:  
could not execute netscape: No such file or directory

Expected Results:  
help

mgv uses a browser to display the help documents. i added a config file (/etc/mgv.conf) to -r1 where you can change your browser.

Config file (/etc/mgv.conf) does not have any effect.

sorry, /etc/mgv.conf was the wrong location, it has to be in /etc/X11/app-defaults, fixed
