The only ebuild available is keyworded.

Package has been around for years, minimal bugs currently filed against it, looks like there are stable versions of all dependencies.

This has been discussed before and devs have decided truecrypt will remain in ~arch due to its license, RESTRICT, and upstream's tendency to remove old source tarballs when a new version is released.
