I am attempting to install on a Pentium MMX 166MHz.  All well until building libtools when in 1.3.5 it reports a duplicate macro AC_LIB_ARG_WITH on line 16 on aclocal and then it stops.  I cannot find how to restart nor how to fix.  Seems totally reproducable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. scripts/bootstrap.sh
2. wait iuntil building libtools
3.

Actual Results:  
Error on line 16 of aclocal duplicate macro

Expected Results:  
Compiled libtools?

104Mb 166MHz Pentium MMX with 1.1G+5G disks.  This is a boot from stage 1 disk

could you please post more of the error and `emerge info`

we need:
 - `emerge info`
 - the exact stage file used
 - more output from the failure
 - the version of libtool that failed
