New Ebuild - thread-2.5.2

New Ebuild. Really simple copy, paste and tweak from the IncrTcl ebuild.

This library allows those brave souls who have compiled thread support into
their TCL interpretor to actually use the feature. I need it for large-scale
web-apps under the tclhttpd.

I still don't do tcl/tk, I'm afraid. Let me finish the java and eclipse bugs first, then we'll see:)

I await an updated bug free .ebuild to be attached to bug 41000 
before inclusion into the portage tree can be considered.
