This is an new ebuild for mod_slotlimit, a module that using dynamic slot allocation algorithm and static rules, can manage resources used for each running site (by Luca Ercoli, http://www.lucaercoli.it/en/mod_slotlimit.html)

Work for me on amd64 using apache-2.2.21-r1

Please QA and add to portage tree, thank you.

After some failing test under realworld conditions and the examination of the code it turns out, that the feature "limit per vhost" IMHO is broken by design in the current source v1.3. The global limit feature seems to work, however.

This is reported upstream, but in the meantime the "add to Portage" request should be interrupted or even withdrawn.

I'm sorry for wasting your time.
