I needed to emerge libxslt to compile app-cdr/k3b-0.11.1-r1, maybe it should be in the depend

It's in the dependencies for kdelibs, which has to be there for k3b.  Did you uninstall it for some reason?

No, as far as I can remember. But I installed that system from GRP, maybe kdelibs-3.1.3 lacked that dependency?

yeah, i think versions of kde prior to 3.1.4 had really malformed RDEPENDs which cause binary installation problems.  should all be fixed with newer versions, though.
