Ebuild for rsnapshot, a backup utility. rsnapshot is a filesystem backup utility based on rsync similar to rdiff-backup (in portage). rsnapshot is not currently in portage. Note the ebuild is marked ~x86, but should work for other systems. This requires further testing.

This should probably be placed in net-misc/rsnapshot/ like an already similar
unitlity, rdiff-backup.
