panotour-1.8.0.ebuild

I created ebuilds for Panotour and Panotour Pro, which I have been casually been using over the past couple of months. It is commercial software but also functions as a feature-limited trial.

I did try unbundling Qt and it almost worked but they linked to libpng 1.4 and opening files crashes the program if yours is linked to libpng 1.5.
