The [relatively] new feature where an automatic search is done on the bug DB when you pull up the [guided] bug report page is very cool. But there's not much sense in pulling up the list before you've actually entered any seach terms. It just spits out random bugs and is probably unnecessary load on the server. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to bugs.gentoo.org 2. Enter a new bug (guided) for Gentoo Linux 3. Watch the CPU load on the server spike as the entire Bug DB is searched. 4. Enter some search terms related to your problem 5. Watch the above query be re run and some relavent possible existing bugs come up. It's entirely possible this was deliberate on your part, in which case it should be at least subtly addressed because it is confusing and distracting for that to come up at first load.
This displays the most recent duplicates so people don't make the mistake of submitting another bug... not gonna fix this one=P
