Description Michael N. Mikhulya 2004-02-08 19:33:09 UTC
I've installed mozilla-1.6, after it the next problem arised:
#ldd /usr/bin/pk12util
/usr/bin/pk12util: /usr/lib/libnss3.so: version `NSS_3.9' not found (required by /usr/bin/pk12util)

//In fact I found the problem using prelink.
Probably we need to add ebuild for nss-3.9 and add depend on it in mozilla-1.6 ebuild.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Comment 1 Brad Laue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-15 08:48:46 UTC
Do you have 10mozilla in /etc/env.d? Mozilla doesn't depend on an external nss library, it actually builds and provides its own.
Comment 2 Michael N. Mikhulya 2004-02-15 19:56:08 UTC
I have file /etc/env.d/10mozilla.
And /usr/lib/mozilla is in /etc/ld.so.conf.
Comment 3 Aron Griffis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-07 20:13:12 UTC
Still a problem? Nobody else has reported this...
Comment 4 Michael N. Mikhulya 2004-04-07 21:05:05 UTC
problem disappeared after some package updates.
But it's not linked with mozilla - I din't update/rebuild it.

Possible the bug should be closed as WORKSFORME.
