Bug 4090 – media-sound/zinf Ebuild, formerly Freeamp

The mp3/ogg player formerly known as "Freeamp" is now called "Zinf" and released
a new version, 2.2.0.  I'll attach an ebuild, based on the latest Freeamp
ebuild, which should take care of it, although of course I'd love to have
someone else look at it, seeing as though this is but my second ebuild.  :)
