Bug 4087 – MySQL 4.0.1 Ebuild

I don't know whether anyone's already done this but since it wasn't in the 
portage tree and I wanted to learn a bit about ebuilds and have a go at MySQL 
4 I thought I'd give it a go.

It's almost exactly the same as the 3.23.50 ebuild except I've redone all the 
diff files and changed the rc6 script so that it calls mysqld_safe rather than 
safe_mysqld. I've tested it on two Gentoo machines and it appears to work 
without problems.

The attachment is a tar.gz file, as bugzilla doesn't seem to show the original 
file name...

seems to work here.... Committed, but currently masked due to it's alpha 
state.
