Complete emerge output

When attempting to install a package (ntfsprogs in this case) that blocks and replaces files from another package, portage 2.2.0_alpha90 no longer treats the to-be-replaced packages files as able to be replaced and instead dies with an error about file collisions.  This used to work in previous versions of portage.

I've moved the blocker from DEPEND to RDEPEND.
