Fails during configure on x86 as below.  media-libs/libid3tag is installed with USE="-static-libs", and the error does not occur with USE="static-libs" so madplay in fact depends on the static libid3tag.

checking for mad_decoder_run in -lmad... yes
checking for id3_tag_parse in -lid3tag... no
configure: error: libid3tag was not found
*** You must first install libid3tag before you can build this package.
*** If libid3tag is already installed, you may need to use the LDFLAGS
*** environment variable to specify its installed location, e.g. -L<dir>.

Unable to reproduce. Works fine here with only shared library and it links to it properly.

Need config.log attached

Cha... can't reproduce it anymore either.
