fontconfig 2.9.0 was released on Mar 11, 2012 (see http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/fontconfig/2012-March/003811.html). This release allow per-unicode-block modification of a font's charset(s), which will make Linux desktop's font system feature-complete. Say, M$FT already have a similar feature via their *.compositefont.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls /usr/portage/media-libs/fontconfig 
2. look for 2.9.0 in stdin.
3. nothing similar to 2.9.0.
Actual Results:  
Just fontconfig isn't upgraded to 2.9.0 yet.

Expected Results:  
fontconfig 2.9.0 has an ebuild.
