The build list multilib in its inherit line. But I don't see the point why multilib must be there. Maybe that is the reason why bibus got on the package list masked for nomultilib amd64 profile (I'm in the process of moving from x86 and chose nomultilib). So please consider to remove multilib from the inherit line (did it for myself).
