*sigh* looks like I'll need to apply the entire patch. sepolgen indeed refers to the bindings, but setools hasn't released a version yet that has these bindings. Will do some tests with the patch (pending some python3 support here as well).
Should be fixed in hardened-dev (through update on setools)
