Bug 40749 – Updated horde.eclass to include support for CVS versions

I'm not a bash n1nj4, but this works fine on my end. The only thing to note is that it's NOT a good idea to mix CVS versions of apps with a NON-CVS version of horde as things to tend break and make you go through config hell.

I'll also attatch a sample ebuild for a CVS version of horde's orator.

support is in the eclass but i havent added any ebuilds

Is there any reason why my existing versions of various horde packages I have installed now *require* cvs to be installed?

emerge -UDpv world only shows and a *new* package

I have no need for cvs on my server at this time

fixed so cvs eclass is only inherited when the ebuild is for cvs
