ebuild for pecl-http 1.7.3 (PHP5-3 & PHP5-4)

Hi,

I hope this bug has been categorised correct, sorry if it isn't this is my first ebuild and first 'bug'.

The pecl-http-1.7.3 has been released that supports PHP5.4. All that is required is the ebuild version number to be increased and to include the USE_PHP var to include PHP5-4. I have attached my ebuild that builds against PHP5.3 and PHP5.4.
