I get a compile error when I try to install foobillard-2.9 The compile breaks because foobillard depends on glut but doesn't have glut as dependency. This could be simply fixed by adding glut as a dependency. Workaround: emerge glut manually before emerging foobillard Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. make sure you don't have glut installed 2. emerge foobillard 3.
