Not sure if the check should be exactly here but I was tired of searching why my device wasn't working at all until I found I needed to enable CONFIG_USB_SERIAL

  Version bump wrt #407237 and display a warning if CONFIG_USB_SERIAL is unset
  #407241 by Pacho Ramos. Use /lib/udev instead of /$(get_libdir)/udev and yes,
  this is really correct. Install ChangeLog and README.
