Description Mike Gilbert gentoo-dev 2012-03-06 03:19:28 UTC
I was asked by another developer to assist in reviewing the answers of one of his recruits. I am unable to do so since the recruit has already been "claimed".

It would be nice to be able to have more than one mentor for a given recruit.

I could implement that change but I need Recruiters head confirm that they don't mind this.

I agree that in general a concept of allowing multiple to look at answers is useful. My first idea is to implement this so that the first recruiter can at his discretion add more mentors. Other recruiters: differing opinions?

Did you really mean "first recruiter" or first mentor?

In any case, here's my opinion: any recruiter and current mentors for the candidate should be allowed to add a new mentor (in case the original mentor goes AWOL).

Denis.

If the current logic does allow switching mentors then the AWOL use case is handled at least in some way. Let's do add the above support.
