compared to Mozilla or Epiphany Mozilla-Firebird is awfully slow. This in contrast to what I have seen so far on Windows and allthough Mozilla should be slower than Firebird!?

BTW: I had to compile without Gtk in order to run Firebird at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start Mozilla Firebird


Actual Results:  
GUI behaves very slowly in very aspect (window opening/moving, loaduing of webpages)



Expected Results:  
Mozilla-Firebird should ran faster than Mozilla because it does not use XUL.

firefox is quite fast here.  I suspect this problem has gone away now that we've updated to newer versions.  Please re-open if necessary.
