Description Shunsuke Shimizu 2012-03-01 02:01:06 UTC
Ruby 1.9 is already supported in nanoc. I have been using nanoc with Ruby 1.9 ordinary, and I had no Ruby 1.9 related problems.
There is slight failure of test, but I think the failure is not Ruby 1.9 related problem.

patch fixing yaml encoding bug of ruby-fakegem.eclass
Comment 2 Shunsuke Shimizu 2012-03-01 04:13:45 UTC
Sorry, when I emerge nanoc with LANG=C and ruby19 keyword, I got a encoding error.
Cause of the error is absolutely a yaml loading bug of ruby-fakegem.eclass. I made a patch. But I'm not sure whether this patch is enough, since there may be more encoding related bug in the eclass.

dev-ruby/nanoc 3.4.0, just added, now has the ruby19 keyword. I've opened a separate bug for the yaml loading issue.
