There is possibility for net-p2p/ncdc to have support for TLS, but only if net-libs/glib-networking is installed; the net-libs/glib-networking package is not installed by default.

Suggestion is to allow TLS support to be enabled via use flag that will, if set, make net-p2p/ncdc runtime dependent on net-libs/glib-networking.
