perl-core/Compress-Raw-Bzip2-2.43.0 build failure

My emerge logs indicate that this package built successfully on December 24 against sys-devel/binutils-2.20.1-r1. It looks like the failure is caused by binutils wanting to see elf64_sparc and being told elf64-sparc.
