Newer version of RSpec has been released.
Version bump, please.

Unfortunately this version of rspec uses packaging tricks that we currently don't support (shipping binaries in non-standard locations), so we need to update ruby-fakegem.eclass first.

rspec 2.10 and 2.11 have been in the tree for several months now, closing.
