Could you explain, please, what does it mean?
Does it resolved due to future changes in glib and pango packages?

Also build log contains numerios error such as

/usr/include/pango-1.0/pango/pango-language.h:37:16: error: expected ‘=’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘asm’ or ‘__attribute__’ before ‘char’

It means "sync and re-emerge". See http://devmanual.gentoo.org/general-concepts/ebuild-revisions/index.html, where it is explained that compile fixes do not result in revision bump.

No.
