The nice folks at bizrate.com have indicated that they wish to host a source mirror for us.  Opening this tracking bug to record the details.

rsync between the 2 load-balanced servers wasn't working properly. One server syncs from gentoo and then syncs to the other one. The latter part is being done manually now and I'll look at why the cron is failing.

Problem was something else, not the rsync or cron. The latest Apache 2 on one of the boxes was in a zombie state. I'll add monitoring on port 80 on all boxes.
