As of bitlbee 3.0.4, skype support is optionally included (via a configure flag).

The patch below is intended to enable that in Gentoo. I have tested it on my home system, but have not tested the dependencies because I already had the (non-merged) skyped code installed. There may be missing DEPENDS.

Added support to build skype plugin in bitlbee-3.0.5-r1.
