Is it OK to stabilize =gnome-extra/gconf-editor-3.0.1 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

No. Please do not file such separate huge amount of stabilization requests for a big set of GNOME packages, that need to change visibility levels (go stable or enter ~arch) all at the same time.
We are not ready to introduced GNOME3 to the stable tree due to feature regressions over previous stable (2.32) amongst other less upstream dependent reasons. The beginning of tracking feature regressions is done at http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/GNOME/GNOME3_Stable - but likely we will aim GNOME-3.4 for stable tree. It comes out late March/April, then integration and ~arch work, then we review again what needs to be done for this first.
