Emerging gnumeric failed with the linker being unable to find liblinc. Emerging linc solved the problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge unmerge linc
2. emerge gnumeric
3. build fails

linc was present during a period and has been folded into ORBit again, no packages actually need it to build, however removing it from a system will cause breakage due to links to it existing.

This is a "CANTFIX" issue for that reason.
