Here is a new ebuild for ois version 1.3.0 (which was released over a year ago). 

I also made some smaller improvements in the process: 
- version rewriting
- removing of .a and .la files
- added the static-libs USE flag (do people really care about this?)

Ignore the #FIXME in the ebuild. It is already fixed, but forgot to remove it.
