rsync5.se.gentoo.org (212.37.1.30 mirror2.dataphone.se) is down.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. SYNC="rsync://rsync.se.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage"
2. emerge --sync

Actual Results:  
rsync: failed to connect to 212.37.1.30 (*inet_ntop failed*): Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.8]
!!! Exhausted addresses for rsync.se.gentoo.org

The rsync daemon had stopped. It should be working again now.
