Comment 3 Mr. Bones. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-04 22:30:53 UTC
what's the output of `which xlincity`?
Comment 4 David Grant 2004-02-04 22:39:53 UTC
/usr/bin/xlincity
Comment 5 David Grant 2004-02-04 22:50:13 UTC
bash-2.05b$ locate xlincity
/usr/bin/xlincity
/usr/games/bin/xlincity

I tried /usr/games/bin/xlincity and it worked.
Comment 6 David Grant 2004-02-04 22:50:37 UTC
where did the /usr/bin/xlincity come from?
Comment 7 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2004-02-04 22:59:24 UTC
you tell us

what does `qpkg -f /usr/bin/xlincity` show ?
Comment 8 David Grant 2004-02-04 23:06:48 UTC
I checked that myself and I got nothing....

Confusing. I have never installed lincity before, except for with gentoo ebuilds. I unemerged lincity and deleted /usr/bin/xlincity and then I re-emerged it.
Comment 9 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2004-02-04 23:10:20 UTC
so does it work fine now ?
Comment 10 David Grant 2004-02-04 23:22:04 UTC
Yeah it seems to. I still have no idea where that binary came from.
