rpm-4.0.4-r5 fails to build on AMD64 without -fPIC.

rpm-4.2.1 has amd64 keyword.

Yes, but it's still masked.  If you're not going to fix it, please at least mask the amd64 keyword here since, as it currently stands, 'emerge rpm' is simply broken.  :-)

I took the easy way and unmasked 4.2.1.
