As per $summary, looks like you forgot to put them on pecker or they were somehow removed.

I can't find what is wrong in ebuild causing this :(

SRC_URI is wrong, you need to point to place where that file actually exists

It's present at:
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/gdb-7.3-patches-1.tar.xz

but looks like not in other mirrors :/

mirror://gentoo/${MY_P}-patches-${PATCH_VER}.tar.xz

It should end downloading it from that proper place, no? Or is it being confused by "${PATCH_VER:+!vanilla?..."?

dropped
